Service Brought to an Office

One address, a room that can be closed, and a schedule that does not collide with the working day.

Workplace bookings run on somebody else's building. That means visitor policies, badge access, a loading area or a garage, and a front desk that needs to know someone is coming. It also means finding a room that can be closed, because privacy is not optional when anyone is being seen. A conference room with a door, an outlet and chairs is usually the right answer, and reserving it is the part that gets forgotten.

Scheduling is the other half. If a team is being seen, someone has to decide the order and hold people to it, or the visit turns into everyone waiting at once. Give us a headcount and a window when you book. On the IV side the same rules apply as anywhere else: this is elective wellness, participation is nobody's obligation, and each person's health questions belong with their own doctor rather than with an employer.
